3 Common Service Tool (CST) is an online software.
Software updates are suggested automatically by the CST software. Firmware is uploaded to CST automatically given that you are online to receive the updates. 1 2 3 Login is always required when starting CST After 20 days of no internet connection a warning is shown. Login is still possible. After 30 days of no internet connection login to CST is not allowed

14 Customer Customer contact information. Click edit to update the information. Click ‘Change customer’ to pair the product with another customer. Tips: Updated customer information is also printed on the test report.

16 Test results Here is test results from all previous tests and diagnostics. Press the buttons to print. Tips: We recommend to ‘Print with parameters’

17 Documents In the future it will possible to access certain documents directly from CST. For this release the document section is empty.

18 Settings/General First step after installation is to make a basic setup. Under the general tab select language and unit system.

19 Settings/Reseller Under reseller please insert your contact information. This will be displayed on printed reports etc.

20 Settings/Documents You can choose load documents into CST. Currently no documents will load.
