Please make a copy to your Google Drive before you start editing.
File → Make a copy…

Every edit should be made on your personal file saved on your own Google Drive

To add a picture of your house you have to click on:
Insert→ Image → Upload from computer
Find the picture on your computer and open it.
To resize it, you will have to use the small blue squares around the blue box on your picture.
In case you need to crop your image, you will have to click on the menu tool CROP IMAGE that looks like the square below and use the black box around it to crop it →

Once you are done updating it with your information, it is time to print it! Click:
File → Print
Choose only Page 1
And click on Print

You can also save as a PDF and send via .
File → Print → Choose Page 1 → Save as PDF
