The Lutheran Home Association expanded the Technology Enabled Care model through funds awarded through the MN- DHS Community Service and Service Development (CS/SD) grant projects. The CS/SD grant projects are led at the state level by Jacqueline Peichel, Aging HCBS Development Lead, MN Board on Aging, MN-DHS.
Grant funds received through the MN-DHS CS/SD grant project have supported the implementation of the Technology Enabled Care model and educational outreach programs for the community
