2 Project Overview Research Objectives Methodology
To measure and evaluate customer satisfaction of SAS software. To identify any challenges or difficulties with using existing SAS software. To gather feedback from customers on any areas for SAS to improve. Methodology Web deployment of an online evaluation survey was sent to 349 CMS employees via an internal from CMS on September 21, 2011. One reminder was sent internally by CMS, and the survey closed on October 3, 2011. Survey was completed by 150 respondents, for a 43% response rate.
