12. Example Controlled Experiment
Observation: Brownies made with applesauce taste just as good as those with oil.
Create the scientific problem for the controlled study. For example: Will brownies made with the same volume of applesauce as those made with oil taste better?
Then, decide upon your hypothesis.
Plan for the data the type of data you will gather.
