16 Shade Trees are better than anything for shade because they transpire
Shade to the north needs to be designed to cut summer light 82 degrees but allow winter light 32 degrees Can use diciduous plants, shade cloth, solar pergolas, blinds, overhanging eves. Need to be careful with tree selection – hard to get good diciduous trees – might consider during gardens night.

Get them to pick out what they have in their home. Order the appliances from highest to lowest usage. Turn cards over to check (expressed as units per hour or day) Add up daily unit usage. Does it relate to bill? How could you reduce?
