Go to places where children can be active such as parks, playgrounds, and baseball fields. Check with your local parks and recreation department for summer activities offered in your area. Healthy Summertime Habits Set rules over summer break for watching TV, playing video games, and using the computer. Screen time should limited to 1-2 hours per day.
