2 Overview Gender Pay Gap Reporting Regulations came into force 6th April 2017. Any organisation that employs more than 250 people are required to comply with the new regulations. Organisations must post the average mean and median pay of qualifying relevant employees. This will be an annual requirement from 2017. The report must be published within a year of the “snapshot” date to the employer’s own website and also uploaded to the government’s website. 3 Mean gender pay gap The calculation is: (𝐴−𝐵) 𝐴 𝑥 100
𝐴 𝑥 100 A is the mean hourly rate of pay of all male full-pay relevant employees. B is the mean hourly rate of pay of all female full-pay relevant employees. The result is expressed as a percentage. Standard education progression route UNLEASH YOUR POTENTIAL

5 Median and Mean bonus gender pay gap
In the relevant pay period, the College did not pay a bonus. The proportion of women and men who were paid bonus pay was therefore 0% for both. Accordingly, there is no mean or median difference in bonus pay to report. Standard education progression route UNLEASH YOUR POTENTIAL
