Register for My Account on vodafone.co.uk

Select Auto-BTWiFi hotspot to connect
When in BT Openzone your device connects automatically

We have made connecting to BT Openzone secure and easier. How you connect depends on your device OS.

Download My Vodafone app from App World
Step 7
Click connect, save the network and your connected but you are not finished yet.
Step 2
Ensure WiFi is switched ON!
Step 8
Now you need to set up the browser to use WiFi, so open the browser (by default it will use the VF network)

Use Wi-Fi finder in My Vodafone app to locate BT Openzone

In the browser menu navigate to options -> Browser configuration

When in BT Openzone, setup a WiFi network and scan for available networks
Step 10
Change the browser type from Vodafone Live! To Hotspot Browsers
Step 5
Select Auto-BTWiFi hotspot to connect
Step 11
Save the settings and you can now browser using WiFi!

On the WiFi Security page prompt, set the security type to "EAP-SIM"

The customer will need to change the Browser type back to Vodafone Live! When they are no longer in WiFi coverage.
