Staff retention improves and creates a sense of company ethos/personality Staff feel proud of the company they work for and will ‘go the extra mile’ to do a good job Recognises the younger generation consider CR important – it is no longer just about profitability but ‘contribution’ Provides opportunities for staff development eg mentoring Leavers become advocates Reputational benefits
