Now, when you’re dealing with a population that is known to have lower levels of awareness and slower reaction times, a higher tier of communication and attention is required. 80% of GoGoGrandparent is being the virtual caregiver that says, “alright, now it’s time to start heading out the door”. We do our best to make sure getting a ride is as safe, easy, and convenient as possible.
We do that a number of ways. Our technology and our operators filter drivers based on car size, personality and willingness to assist the elderly. We monitor cancellations, lost drivers, and malfunctioning equipment. GoGoGrandparent has built technology to handle the dozens of scenarios - all painfully learned - where a self serve transportation model starts to fail and you need someone keeping an eye on the elderly.
