Once the Verify Mainframe Employee Load is complete and MVR (Master file verification report) / Verifying Data Conversion Employee Load is approved the Implementation specialist will enable the access to the People, Process, Reports, Myself, My Team mega menus for the client practitioners to access the client employee data. iSI ADP Access to Netsecure via Internet

iSI – ADP & Client Access to Netsecure
[PRODUCT NAME (IF NOT IN COURSE TITLE)][COURSE TITLE] PART [#]: [PART NAME] MODULE [#]: [MODULE NAME] PART [#] > MODULE [#]: [MODULE NAME] iSI – ADP & Client Access to Netsecure A high priority GSO request is triggering change of Netsecure application URL for ADP users. NEW URL for ADP users will be accessible on the ADP Network only. (i.e. Intranet or VPN but not available on Internet) What this means to Netsecure users: Client users - client users will continue using current URL via internet (i.e. ADP Users – ADP users will be Forced to login to Netsecure using via intranet/VPN new URL (i.e. Their access will be denied on current URL (i.e. ADP Admin users have the ability to manipulate virtually all areas of Netsecure including Service Centers, product definitions, clients and users. Today, ADP admin users can login to Netsecure via the internet by selecting their certificate and entering their iSI user ID and password. Therefore, in the event of a user’s credentials being compromised, an unauthorized user would be able to have unlimited access to sensitive client and user information stored within iSI. In version 9.10, iSI is changing this to adhere to the Security Organization requirements. ADP Admin users will only be able to log into Netsecure once he or she is logged into the ADP Network. They will have to use a new intranet URL that can only be accessed when the user is located at an ADP facility or working remotely through VPN. This will limit the possibility of an unauthorized user with stolen credentials accessing iSI resources. Salary Structure Code and Description
Salary Structure Code and Salary Structure Description fields have been added to the Job Profiles and Pay Rates sections of select fields section of report wizard. These two fields will allow the identification of what salary structure code the employee is in based on the job code that they are attached to. Record Indicator Filter
Financial Sample Reports showed incorrect accumulator values due to repetition of records. Record Indicator Filter has been added to the sample reports which will lead to selection of permanent records, thereby giving the final MTD/YTD value. This filter was added to the following two reports: Current, MTD and YTD Earnings and Hours Current, MTD, YTD Deduction by Comp, EE, PayPeriod

One is ‘Available Balance’ and the other is ‘Balance’. Available Balance’ is to calculate the amount that employee is eligible to request time off as of the user entered date. This column shows the exact amount that an employee can take time off for on the given date. Available Balance also includes any future transactions such as approved requests, awards and carryover. After selecting the employee list and excluding some employees, the user clicks on next. At this point, the user do not clearly know how many employees are impacted. There is no clear indication to the user about the exact number of employees whose selected type of transactions will be deleted and hence user is unable to avoid unwanted deletions as of today. After user selects the policy and the transaction type in step-1 and select the employees in step-2, user moves to step-3. In step-3, the user will see the list of all the impacted employees whose transactions will be deleted.
