1. Rolling Hills Water Park Birthday Party Information
Thank you for booking a birthday party at Rolling Hills Water Park!
Here are a few things you should know regarding your upcoming visit:
General Information
 Party Package capacity is based on attending guests, not the number of swimmers.
 All parties can begin as early as 11am. The party area is reserved for you for the entire day, we just ask what time you are arriving so we can have the area ready for you.
 You may add meal specials to your package for an additional fee. You can indicate on the food order form what time you would like the food brought to the party area, and our Concession Managers will bring it to you. No waiting in line!
 Paper products and utensils will be provided.
Please Note
 Any vehicle that does not have one of the birthday parking passes will be required to pay Vehicle Admission at the gatehouse, even parents who are just dropping children off. We encourage you to have your guests carpool.
 Guests are only permitted to bring bottled water into the water park. Coolers, food, and other beverages are not allowed.
 You may bring decorations (streamers, balloons, table covers, etc.); however, confetti is not permitted inside the water park.
 Upon payment of the balance due, you will receive wristbands for the number of guests designated in your package purchase. Refunds will not be given for unused wristbands.
 Your reserved party space will not be secure. The canopies and picnic tables will be located in an open, grassy area near the concession stand. We encourage you to use the coin-operated locker for valuables.
 You are responsible for distributing the wristbands to your guests. Our cashiers in the admissions cannot be responsible for distributing them to your guests.
Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Inclement Weather
 For all date transfers, a $20 transfer fee will be applied, subject to date availability. Date transfers must be submitted in writing prior to the date of the party.
 If the water park is open, the party will go on as scheduled.
 If the water park is closed due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund, including the $50 deposit, or the option to reschedule.
 Cancellations can be submitted in writing up to 3 business days prior to the scheduled party. Payment will be refunded minus the $50 deposit.
