3 What You Will Need Running Shoes Competition Shoes Practice clothes – Including sweatpants and sweatshirt Water Bottle Notebook Own lock for your locker Swimsuit & Towel DISTANCE – a wrist watch with a timer

4 Clothing Orders Available online starting tonight
Store will be open until 3/19 at midnight Items come in adult, women’s and kids Clothing is available for try on tonight! Items will be delivered to practice the 1st or 2nd week of April

5 Uniform Policy New uniforms this year!! Policy
Read and understand care of uniforms Both athlete and parent sign contract Attach check for full price of replacement uniform- $120 ***Check will not be cashed unless uniform is not turn in with 1 week of season ending

6 PRACTICE 3:30 – 5:30 Daily, M-F Attendance is mandatory
Expected to be on time Begin at High School unless weather permits If you know you will not be at practice, you need to notify your head coach prior to the missed practice An unexcused missed practice equals a meet missed

7 Meet Days Athletes will be leaving school early for several meets – it is up to the student to take care of missed class time and assignments Athletes are expected to be in attendance the entire duration of every meet Athletes not competing in home meets are expected to work the meets

8 Volunteers Parent volunteers are needed to make this a successful season!!! There are many opportunities to volunteer during the home meets (5 this year!!) You don’t need any experience to help work a meet- we will teach you! Sign-up sheets are available on the track website.

9 Fundraising Goes towards: renting/buying pole vault poles, equipment to enhance performance (mini-hurdles, foam rollers, sleds, parachutes, ect), coaches stipends, team events, and much more.

10 Fundraising Option 1: Donations = 100% profit Option 2: Pop Sockets
Any amount helps! Checks made out to Shakopee Activities Fund Option 2: Pop Sockets Selling for $15 Will do a blitz night at practice Our goal is to have each athlete sell at least 3, hopefully more! If that happens- our program will make almost $5,000!!!
