5. Capitalization
A systematic process of capturing performance, lessons learnt, sharing knowledge and documentation, to:
Identify and document good practices (with potential for replication)
Identify successes and challenges and ways to overcome them
Cross learning from experiences in order to avoid re-inventing the wheel all the time
Involves systematic collection of data, contextualization of experiences, tools, and approaches throughout the process
