Firstly I had to highlight the keywords from the task question. I then had to find out the definition of each keyword and state how it is related to the whole task. Subsequently I had to think of related questions to each keyword to do research on. Finally I had to write a time plan from start to finish of the entire coursework. My strengths were that I was able to easily identify the keywords within the task question. I was also able to think up of relevant questions for each keyword in order to assist in my research. However, it did take me quite some time to come up with these questions which meant that I had less time to come up with the overall time plan for the whole task. In future I will start the brainstorming for questions earlier and give myself more time to complete the section as it is quite difficult. Another of my strengths was that I planned the task well. I could list all the steps required of the coursework which really helped to focus me on what I had to do at each step. Despite my difficulty with coming up with questions quickly, I feel that I was able to complete the Task Analysis section well as I generated many relevant questions and also came up with a detailed time plan.

I had all the ingredients neatly placed on the table on a tray so could see exactly where everything was. This enabled me to save time and complete the practical within 2 ½ hours.
While I was cooking, some of the plastic bags which I had kept my food in were left flying around on the table.
Management
I baked the cake for just the right amount of time so it did not burn
I left the whisked egg whites on the counter for slightly too long so the eggs lost some air. This affected my cake and resulted in it not rising properly.
