5 Templates Create a template for each type of person/job, e.g. receptionist, dept. manager, etc. Create new users using the templates. You only have to supply their name! Each template contains: All common information for user accounts, e.g. description, profile, logon script, groups, home directory location, etc. Options for generating other properties, e.g. username format, password, etc. Templates can be used in the importing and extracting processes too!
