15 IS Rating Levels The total score is calculated with points from a total across 44 or 47 different topic areas “credits” 25-49 points 50-74 points The IS Rating score uses a points system and is structures in a number of levels. Less than 25 points doesn’t get a rating, commended is from 25-49, is excellent and leading is from 75 to 100. The scoring is calculated based on the number of points achieved per credit.
