What is self-care? Self care is the act of performing intentional care for your physical, mental, emotional, and social health. What is work life balance? Work–life balance is a concept including proper prioritizing between "work" (career and ambition) and "lifestyle" (health, pleasure, family and spiritual development). It is a combination of prioritization and balance of the two.
