A: The person who benefits the most is the organizer Experts can grow their list by offering a free gift in exchange for opting in

5 “Possible Benefits...” If they want you to be a guest expert and promote it, you might ask them to do a stand-alone promotion for you in the future to balance things out You’re the expert You get exposure to a lot of people You can leverage being “on stage” with other guest speakers Long term relationship

Get the biggest name people you can to be guest experts Ask them to promote it (and it’s OK if they won’t) Feature the biggest as a key note speaker Big names will attract other guest speakers
