2. How it works Today After Spring Break March 20 – March 24
You will learn about the registration process, receive a letter, a transcript, and a course list. Please review these items with your parents. Be prepared to make your course selections the next 3 weeks in school. Your Science or Social Studies teachers will be taking you to the Cafeteria to complete the registration process. You will receive a copy of your selections from your teacher. You will take it home and review with your parents and make any changes. You will return your registration form, complete with any changes to the guidance corner or your teacher BEFORE March 24.

All course offerings are subject to change!

4. You will complete the form AT SCHOOL
*Verify the student name is YOURS.
*Student Signature is required
*Core classes may be filled in by the counselor. Be prepared to discuss with your parents
*ELECTIVES; Using the course list provided, you will list your desired electives in order of preference. You may chose 3 and 3 alternates for a total of 6.

5. Scheduling FYI
Lake Minneola High School students are REQUIRED to be enrolled in a FULL day of classes
LSCC Dual Enrollment students must meet with their counselor for planning.
One Virtual School Course may be taken in lieu of a first block or last block on campus. This will be addresses 1st week of school.

6. Final Notes on Registration
The courses you select are a REQUEST. There are no guarantees that you will get exactly what you want. Counselors will do their best to ensure you are in courses of your interest, however, being on track for graduation trumps any request. Write down as many courses of interest as you can.
Failure to follow the process will result in a schedule chosen by your counselor. You must return any changes to guidance by the deadline.
