Why overrun/underrun? Lag in accruals and invoicing.
What will be done to correct? CR for $361K approved in August. Should be sufficient to close out work on ACD. Closing out all tasks and contracts. Only remaining cost risks are the chargebacks (i.e. for testing and fabrication support).
