Smart Onboarding is a solution to partially or completely automate the employee onboarding process in an enterprise to reduce human bandwidth wastage in routine work as an representative agent in Assistant thread under Work Partnership model. Consolidate information on each and every processes in a single window, which are usually scattered across the document. Scope of analyzing the overall performance with the data available and further improvement on productivity of an individual/department and subsequently the organization.
