Upon telling His disciples that He will be going back to Judea (where a crowd last tried to stone Jesus) to resurrect Lazarus, Thomas bravely…but pessimistically, says
“Let us also go,
that we may die with him.”

Jesus tells the disciples about the future, but Thomas again shows doubts:
“Lord, we don’t know where you are going so how can we know the way?”
