2 Common Interview Questions:
Tell me something about yourself (hobbies, likes, dislikes). Why do you want this job/why have you chosen this particular field/why do you want to work for this company? How do others describe you?

3 Common Interview Questions
What are you strengths? What are your weaknesses? Give an example of how you solved a problem in the past.

4 Common Interview Questions
What do you consider the most important idea you contributed or your most noteworthy accomplishment in your last job? Give an example of a time you showed leadership and initiative. Give an example of a time you were able to contribute to a team project.

5 Common Interview Questions
Describe your best/worst boss. In a job, what interests you the most/least? What have you done to develop or change in the last few years? Where do you see yourself in 5 years/10 years?

6 Questions to ask about the job.
What are the responsibilities of this position? How would you describe an average day on this job? How well defined is the job? Is there a written job description? Can the duties of the job be expanded or changed? What is the history of the position? Why is it vacant? How will I be evaluated, and in what time frames? What performance standards will be used? With whom would I be working? Who would be my supervisor? Whom would I supervise? As you think about the position, what aspects of this job would you like to see performed better? What are the key challenges or problems of this position? Where can I go from here, assuming that I meet or exceed the job's responsibilities? How would you describe the ideal candidate? What is the next step in the decision making process?

7 Possible “Role Play” Situations
What would you do if you saw a co-worker smoking while working on the job, and you knew it was a “NO SMOKING” place of employment? Why would you do this? What steps would you follow if a customer fell and got hurt while you were on the job and why? What would you do if you witnessed a co-worker shoplifting or stealing from your place of employment? Why?

8 Possible “Role Play” Situations
You are working as a manager at a pharmacy. The following situations all happen at once: the customer bathroom starts flooding; you get called to go to the front, because a customer’s coupon isn’t scanning; you get called to the pharmacy, because there is an irate customer. Which one do you handle first, and why? If you were asked by your manager to stock product, but you noticed that your store got suddenly busy, how would you handle the situation?

Come prepared Look professional- well groomed Greet the interviewer- smile, shake hands Make good eye contact- listen, have good posture Speak up. Make sure you are heard. Answer questions honestly Ask lots of questions when it is your turn Thank the interviewer for their time and compliment them.
