A.I.R. ( American Independent Resorts) offers 1 acre sites built to each owners desired specifications after they have chosen the special area on our 880 acre expanse of old growth forested property.
Among the many standard amenities such as our general store, amusement center, horseback rides, enclosed swimming pool and hiking trails, our resorts offer a few less recreational but often much needed services such as a full service diesel repair garage, a general repair shop for all of the maintenance needs associated with the modern class ‘A’ motor coach brands and a custom upholstery shop to repair or remake any and all seating, carpeting and window dressing. And the most useful and uncommon service of all is an on location truck wash that has a crew that will come to your site with a portable “quick wash” rig.
