Extension is Teaching Teaching Scholarship – UTK Faculty Handbook Page 11 Design programs to achieve clearly defined learning objectives with appropriate evaluation tools and teaching methods. Teach effectively by employing useful methods and approaches that facilitate learning. Pursue the scholarship of education, so as to improve teaching of faculty members and other educators or Extension agents.
