Select your scope of analyze with the filters Download the data (click on the graph our on the top of the table) Change from daily view to weekly Save/ Load your bookmark Switch to the next sheet Change from Region view to Cluster view Use scroll to navigate up/down & left/right

Open the following link with the last version of your browser Enter your username Enter your password Click on “Sign In” You can also change your password by clicking on “Change Password” Once you are logged in, click on “Back Order Lines Report” 1 2 3 4 5

1 Once you opened the report, you can now select filters Click on the following icon Set up filters by clicking on parameters wanted On the pop up that opened, tick item wanted for the selected parameters And click on “Apply” to validate the selection You can add as much parameters as you want You can also modify the date of the extraction by selecting a new one on the Calendar Day When you reach your attempts, you can close filters 7 6 5 2 4 3

You can also retain their filters for other days by recording a bookmark Click on the following icon To record the selected filters, click on the following icon Once the selected icon become red, you can enter the name of your bookmark Then, click on “Save” At anytime, you can delete one of your bookmark by clicking on this icon Once the icon become red, you can select the bookmark you want to delete Then, click on “Delete” To open an existing bookmark, click on the following icon Once the icon become red, you can select the bookmark you want to open Then, click on “Open” 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

Once you reached parameters wanted, you can now extract associated date You can do the extraction on a wanted responsible by clicking on the name of the one you need You can also do the extraction of all parameters by clicking on the wanted date under the chart Either, you can extract all the portfolio by clicking on the wanted date at the top of the board 2 2 2 2 1 1 1 3 3

You may have to switch your daily chart for a chart with a bigger scope Click on the following icon A pop-up open and let you choose between 4 views : daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly Click on the wanted one Data are modified to reach your scope’s agreements 1 3 2 4 See screenshot on next page

Once a back order line is extracted, it is necessary to analyze To avoid doing the same analysis every day, the action to solve the BOL needs to be visible in ERP / SCD – Text’s field in sales order Since the RCA is automatically given by an algorithm, Responsible have to write the action done to solve the line

Open SAP Logon Select the system you are working on Log in Go to the Transaction SAP VA02 “Modify Sales Order” Enter in the sales order Double click on the wanted item Reach the field named “Texts” Select the accurate field : Logos (Instructions ADV Poste) ; Bridge (Discrepancy Text) ; Iberic (Texto Ventas Material) Enter the accurate comment and save the order It is mandatory to write comments in English
