3 Supplier 360 Introduced in Upgrade Image 10, part of the Supplier Lifecycle Management initiative in PeopleSoft Release 9.2 Financials and Procurement Offered only with an Accounts Payable or Purchasing license

4 Supplier 360 Based on PeopleSoft’s Configurable Analysis Framework (CAF) Allows administrators to use a common framework to design end-user pages and what data to display Supports comparison and analysis modes to compare entities such as suppliers or customers or to focus on one entity at a time You can save your selections to recall it again later or share it with other users

5 Supplier 360 Two versions provided Single Supplier Analysis
A single point which provides data and metrics for a single supplier Supplier Compare Provides side by side view of 2 or more suppliers Allows easy comparison of the same metrics and data across suppliers

6 Supplier 360 Set Up

7 Set Up You can use the System defined Analysis Configuration, which is set up to show all predefined transactions and metrics currently supplied by Peoplesoft You can optionally configure your own to include/exclude transactions and metrics pertinent to your enterprise Development can create additional Factor Types such as queries, Pivot Grids, or links to existing classic components that are not provided in the standard delivery

8 Set Up To create a User Defined Analysis Configuration, navigate to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Configurable Analysis > Analysis Configuration Click on the Search button to view the list of existing System Analysis Types

9 Set Up Select the SUPPLIER_360 Analysis ID

10 Set Up The set up for the system defined Supplier 360 set up will be displayed Click on the Copy Configuration To… button to copy the system set up You can make modifications to the set up to add/delete options to configure the views to the information of interest to your enterprise

11 Set Up Type in the name of your user defined Analysis Configuration, then click OK

12 Set Up Click on the Active check box to make the user defined configuration active. Save your entry. When you save, you’ll get a message stating that only one configuration will be active. You’ll need to inactivate the system configuration in subsequent steps Next, click on the Set up Access Control Button.

13 Set Up Verify that all factors and actions are enabled.
You can make the access level Public, which will give access to all users, or you can restrict by USERID or Role

14 Set Up Once the User defined configuration is saved, navigate back to the Search criteria and select the System defined Supplier_360 Configuration

15 Set Up Uncheck the Active checkbox to inactivate the system definition, then save the changes.

16 Set Up To see the eSettlements metrics, you need to first register your suppliers as an eSettlement supplier Navigate to eSettlements > Supplier Information > Review Supplier Details Click on the Create a New Supplier Tab and select Register an existing supplier

17 Set Up Enter the Supplier ID and click on the Search button

18 Set Up The information about the vendor will be displayed Add Required Information Save the record to add the vendor

20 Navigation Navigate to Suppliers > Supplier 360 Enter the Supplier information for the supplier you’d like to review Click Search to see the list from which to choose

21 Navigation The list of Suppliers that match your criteria will be displayed in the grid below. If you have selected a specific supplier, you might still need to select based on the Supplier’s location

22 Actions shows Related Links
Navigation The Related Actions link allows you to perform updates and maintenance to the supplier record Actions shows Related Links

23 Navigation Click on the Supplier 360 icon to view the dashboard

24 Navigation Once the information for the supplier has been gathered, the various paglets of information will be displayed

25 Vendor Related Actions
Navigation You can click on the next to the vendor name to see a list of related actions. You can click on one of the options to transfer to view additional information or transactions for the supplier Vendor Related Actions

26 Navigation Click on the Metrics to add or delete metrics or change the date range for the information provided

27 Navigation To add additional metrics or transactional information, click on Choose Displayed Metrics Select the metric from the list and drag it to an empty space on the desktop

28 Navigation Save Once you’ve configured your View, you can save it so that the view can be reused.

29 Navigation You can make a view public or delete existing saved views
Edit You can make a view public or delete existing saved views

30 Navigation You can send a link to the view by clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right corner

Navigation Compare Analysis Option Click on the Compare icon to select one or several suppliers to compare metrics

32 Navigation Click on the Choose Displayed Suppliers

33 Navigation The list of available suppliers will appear. Drag the selected supplier’s name to the box on the right Click OK when done selecting

34 Navigation Choose which metrics you wish to compare. Drag your selection to the right under the Selected box Click OK when you are done making selections

35 Navigation The side by side comparison will automatically be created You can save your comparison to view again at a later date or to share with other users

38 Pagelets Match Exception Analysis Displays a Pivot Grid based on a query of all the rule exceptions for a Supplier Click on a section of the piechart and click on the Detailed View to access the Drilldown Page

Displays pivot grid based on a query that summarizes all the discounts lost and taken for the date range and supplier You can click on the graph to access the detailed view on a drill down page

Transaction Wheel The global search parameters defined for the Supplier 360 View are used to determine the results The default search criteria of SetID, Supplier ID and date range can be modified Each transaction page opens a new window and displays data only if data matching the search criteria exists Draft
