3 Adagio Are you looking for an extractor system to install in your kitchen base units?  The downdraft extractor hood installed in the kitchen base units emerges from the work-top when needed, to perform extraction and lighting duties. We offer a solution specially tailored for island kitchens and kitchens with a depth of over 60cm. The Adagio extractor hood, with downdraft pop-up technology is a revolutionary extractor system that maximises efficiency, optimises the use of space and upholds the highest aesthetic standards.

4 Plus points - automatic up &down movement: rises electrically from the work-top and returns to standby position with maximum safety; - retracting system that leaves ample freedom of movement on the work-top; - perimeter suction offering highly efficient capture of cooking fumes and vapours; - fluorescent lighting (neon) located in the top of the suction panel, so that you can work safely around the cook-top; - digital touch-controls located along the horizontal surface, which respond to a gentle touch with the fingertips; - suitable for installation with one of three different external motor options.

5 Remote control The remote control can control all the functions of the hood: T1. OFF key T3. Suction speed (power) control key T4. Hob light ON/OFF key L3. Remote control operation LED KIT. REMOTE CONTROL WHITE KIT KIT REMOTE CONTROL BLACK KIT KIT. REMOTE CONTROL CHROME KIT

7 Remote motors The motors GME88 and GME22 are remote motors:
GME88: to be installed inside the home GME22: to be installed outside the home (eg on a balcony, but always covered, otherwise rainwater could enter). 8 More details about the installation
We recommend you to install the metal box containing the electronic components at a distance of at least 10 cm from the ground and sufficiently from all the sources of heat (e.g.: side of an oven or hob). In the case of Gas hobs, the following requirements must be respected: The hob total power must be lower than or equal to 14.3Kw The hob layout power must not be higher than 4650W in hobs adjacent to downdraft. The maximum power of single burner in front of the downdraft must not be higher than 3000W. The minimum distance between downdraft edge and hob edge must be at least 50mm. The minimum distance between the hob edge and the biggest burner must not be shorter than 191mm and the maximum power allowed for the biggest burner is 5000W. The minimum distance between the hob edge and the nearest burner must not be shorter than 97mm. The thickness between the hob base and the external edge must not be lower than 45mm. It is important to fix the box containing the electric devices in such a position that any gas leaks do not compromise the safety of the appliance. When the downdraft is used with gas hobs, it is recommended to install hobs provided with gas sensor.

9 More details about the installation
The hole to be carried out on the hob to accommodate the downdraft is 842mm x 100mm . The cable that connects to the external controller GME downdraft is 7 meters. while the cable supplying the electrical box is 800mm downdraft

10 More details about the installation
• Plug Schuko Place the metal box containing the electronic components at a distance not less than 65 cm from the gas stove or at least 65 cm from the point of suction of the hood • If the water enters between the panel and the frame is not a problem, actuator water resistant (electrical box out) • In the case of external motor you have 4 possible outlet: front, back, bottom, top. • Only with internal motor the outlet of the hood can be both top and bottom. • It is recommended to use flexible rather than rigid pipes for better performance and to avoid bottlenecks • To avoid losses you have to provide tubes that do not exceed a length of 5 m and a maximum of 2 curves (each curve reduced by one meter length recommended) • The electronic of the model with internal motor is different from the one with the external motor, the motors are not interchangeable. • The external motors have been tested up to a temperature of -25 ° Label is behind the filters (currently on back) Do not remove the guards to release the panel
