With over 60 years experience Mondial Forni ensures top performances and maximum reliability and safety. These modular deck ovens are composed of independent decks with a standard working height of 230cm (180mm on request) that can be stacked to get a single baking unit. Every deck is an independent oven that can be operated at different temperatures and therefore, it is possible to bake different products at the same time. The DOE Energy Saving System now fitted as standard which makes the Modul really smart. With the DOE system you get maximum precision of baking temperature, a reduction of the ovens electrical requirements by up to 38% (dependent on which model) ensuring optimum recovery time. Manufacturing features: Stainless steel external panels front and hood Tempered glass door/s allowing perfect viewing of the product, easy to remove for cleaning without using any tools Door/s opening with ergonomic handle for an easier use with trays Sole tiles made up of cement and granulated clay. Product can be baked directly onto the tiles on or trays Stainless steel armoured electric heating elements located inside the baking deck, ensuring even heat distribution and better efficiency Electric system with easy access for maintenance and equipped with a dust protection panel Decks lit by halogen lamps giving higher heat resistance and longer durability Steam discharge damper is designed to open automatically in case of overpressure in the baking deck Options Different deck heights Tunnel type version AISI 304 stainless steel side panels Steam generator Powered steam discharge damper Litre-counter for water supply to the steam generator (only for electronic control panels) Electromechanical control panel Loading setter Pizza kit: max temperature 400°C, refractory sole plate, refractory deck sides (deck working width is 3cm shorter) Various models available
