Customers have different levels of access to the Unit4 Customer Portal:
Existing customers will be established as case creators with
access to the Knowledge base and the authorization to create
new cases.

New customers will have access to the system based on their
role:
End User will have access to the Knowledge base, News and Documentation.
Super User/Tier 1 Support point of contact will obtain case creator access.
