3 DIRECTIONS: Counselors will meet with students during their American History class to complete their schedule online during the week of February 22 – 26. COMPLETE THIS FORM PRIOR TO THIS MEETING! Students should bring this completed form with them on that day. Students should see their current teacher for the highlighted areas to determine level/course recommendations. Any of the courses with an * on the “Course Electives” listing on the back of this worksheet need teacher approval. Some courses require a pre-requisite course, please refer to the Course Description Catalog online for this information.
