3 Checking Organisation Setup
Organisation Details Office Bearers (President, Treasurer, Secretary) User List – full access v restricted team manager access Notification Subscribers List Bank details supplied to Rugby Australia – steps on Rugby Link homepage Organisational & Financial details: Details displayed on Club Finder - Note: Home venue must be STREET address, PO Boxes will not be found on the Google maps Adding Office Bearers: User List: Adding new administrators: Editing & deleting administrators: Notification subscribers list: Bank details MUST be supplied to accept online registration payments. Rugby Australia will setup Club in payment gateway and setup admin user to receive automatic weekly and monthly IPSI reports. Ask for a full list of your MU/ Competition Clubs that are/ are not currently setup in payment gateway. Financial Information Step 1. Download Financial Details form Step 2. Complete Financial Details form  Step 3. Upload Financial Details form into Dropbox - Note, you do not require a Dropbox login to upload files into this secure folder.

Note this is not an accreditation.

Online self-registration for ALL players, non-playing members (committee members and team officials - coaches, managers, first aid/medical staff etc.) and match officials Online payment for ALL Players (full or part payment) Registration: Registration Regulations 2018

11 Participant Logins NEW sign on process via Rugby AU Portal: Club admins can only send reset passwords via Participant Login page New sign on process will push all participants through the Rugby AU Portal – same login as current Learning Centre login Club admins will only be able to send reset password s from 11 Jan Current Participant Logins screen will be disable from 11 Dec 2017. Online competition management for ALL competitions Online Team selection for ALL matches in competitions (includes players and team officials) Online recording of match information for ALL competition matches (result, player statistics, incident and injuries) Online case management of incidents and injuries – for all Competition matches (includes players and team officials)

14 Squad Lists & Select Team
Unavailable Players Print Match Scorecards Squad Lists: Select Team: Unavailable Players List: Suspended/ Excluded players will automatically become unavailable for team selection Clubs can also enter “REP” or “INJ” against a player which will download in the Unavailable Players Report. This is a competition specific requirement and may assist finals eligibility. Print Match Scorecards:

15 Results Entry, Player Statistics, Incidents & Injuries
Results Entry: HOME Team enter result, AWAY Team confirm/ dispute result Both Teams enter OWN Player Statistics Both Teams enter OWN and OPPOSITION Incidents Both Teams enter OWN Injuries Results Entry: HOME TEAM to enter in Results MUST enter in results for BOTH TEAMS Half time score is optional Full time score is mandatory Player Statistics: Both teams enter their OWN player statistics Player Incidents: Teams must enter their OWN incidents plus the OPPOSITION incidents Player Injuries: Teams must enter their OWN injuries Competition managers determine when these processes must occur in Rugby Link.
