2 Notice that the Future Perfect Tense is formed this way:
The Future Perfect Tense describes an action that will be completed by a certain time in the future. The bus is late. By the time we get to the languages school, the class will have already started. Notice that the Future Perfect Tense is formed this way: WILL HAVE + PAST PARTICIPLE

3 By the time he gets home, she will have made the cookies.
Some more examples: By the time he gets home, she will have made the cookies. That is, the action of making the cookies will already be over when he gets home.

4 I think our house will have been ready by the end of the week
I think our house will have been ready by the end of the week. There’s little to be done now. Notice that the Future Perfect is used in conjunction with expressions such as by the time, or by, etc. John hopes he will have built his muscles by the beginning of the summer.
