16 Safety & Behaviour The same behaviour expectations apply on the trip as at school Make sure you listen to all instructions All pupils have a designated group leader Pupils must ALWAYS stay in groups of 3 (even when going to the loo!!) Rendez-vous points will be given, at which a member of staff will always be available! Any concerns should be reported to a member of staff immediately

17 Communication Parents, please DO:
ensure your child is aware of the mobile phone charges. (We cannot be responsible for any phone bills!!) consider when you call. We have very full days and the children will be tired towards the end of the day, so early evening, just before bedtime, is generally not a good time to call! Also bear in mind that we will be on visits to different locations and pupils may have been asked to switch their phones off. Please DON’T: call your child with any bad news – this must go through school. The teachers on this trip have had lots of experience of dealing with pupils being away from home (quite often for the first time) and so for your child to have the best experience they can, we respectfully ask that you follow the above advice. THANK YOU.
