Enter the Scouts information in the boxes provided. Camp Master’s will auto-generate a Key Code for each Scout entered. This code is unique to each Scouts. This is the code that they will provide to people who will be purchasing online. In order for the Scout and Unit to receive credit for the sale, the Key Code must be entered. You will be brought to the ordering screen. Review the information for the Unit Kernel. If the contact information for the Unit Kernel needs to be updated, do so here using the boxes provided. Then click “Change Contact Info”.

12 Once the Unit Kernel contact information has been verified, scroll down the page. You will see products available for Show N’ Sell. Please keep in mind, that for this demonstration, not all products displayed are available for Show N’ Sell. The products shown have been pre-loaded for the demonstration. Remember that for the Show N’ Sell, you will be ordering by the case and not by the container. You will enter the number of cases of each product you wish to order in the “Cases Ordering” column.

13 When you enter the number of cases you wish to order, the system will calculate the cost of the cases automatically for you. The system will also tell you how many individual containers you will be receiving in all those cases. Next, you must select if you are participating in the Council Prize Program or not. Click on the drop down box for “Prizes” and select “Yes” or “No”. Next, click “Preview Order” to review your order for accuracy prior to submitting it. Please keep in mind, you are not able to save your order and return to it. You must either submit an order or cancel out of it and return at a later time and start from the beginning. Please be sure you allow enough uninterrupted time to complete and submit your entire order.

14 When you preview your order, this is the screen you will see

17 At this point, you will have the option to print a copy of your order by clicking “Print”.
Once completed, click “logout”.

18 We will now place our Unit Take Order
We will now place our Unit Take Order. Once your Scouts have been added to your Unit Roster in the Camp Master system, you will not need to add them again. When you are ready to place the Unit’s order from the Take Order Forms, go to Once you have logged in, this is the screen you will see. Click on “Place Take Order”.

19 A listing of all Scouts that you entered on your roster will appear
A listing of all Scouts that you entered on your roster will appear. You will need to scroll down and select the first Scout that you would like to enter and order for. If you do not see the Scout you are looking for, you will need to add them to the Unit roster. In this demonstration, we are going to select “Johnny Scout”.

20 When you click on the Scout’s name, in this instance “Johnny Scout”, a listing of product will appear. As a reminder, not all products shown are available for purchase. These items were pre-loaded for the demonstration. This is very similar to placing a Show N’ Sell order, except since now that we are placing our order from Take Order sales, we are able to order individual containers. Remember that before ordering your Take Order popcorn that you will need to take an inventory of any product you may have on hand that has been left over from your Unit Show N’ Sells. You will apply leftover popcorn to your order for Take Order popcorn. If you still have leftover popcorn, you will return that to the Council Office.

21 In each box next to a specific product, you will enter the quantity of individual containers that you would like to order for the Scout. In this demonstration, Johnny Scout has sold 5 containers of the 5 Way Chocolatey Treasures Tin, 3 of the 3 Way Premium Tin, 10 of the Supreme Caramel w/ Almonds, Pecans, Cashews and so on and so forth. When you enter in the amount of containers sold, the system will automatically calculate the cost of each of the items. This will tell you how much money the Scout should submit to the Unit Kernel.

22 When you are entering the number of individual containers sold and you see an error in the amount you intend to order, you can fix it by either deleting the number out of the box and entering the correct number or you can click on the up or down arrows in whichever direction you need to go. Make sure that you click on “Save Order” so that the order for that individual Scout is retained and you can move on to the next Scout.

23 Once you have clicked “Save Order”, this is the response you will receive.
Click “OK” to remove this response. Repeat these steps until you have entered the orders for all Scouts who sold popcorn.

24 Do not submit an individual order for each Scout
Do not submit an individual order for each Scout. You will submit a Unit Order once you have entered in the orders for each Scout and have saved each one. Once all Scouts’ orders have been entered, review for accuracy. Make adjustments as needed using methods previously shown. Once the order is correct, click on “Submit Order”.

25 Once “Submit Order” has been clicked, you will receive a response confirming your order has been submitted and you will receive an order number. Write this order number down for reference.

26 If you need to review orders that you have placed, click on “View Unit Orders”.

27 Using your order number that the system provided to you when you submitted your order, locate you order. For most units, there will only be a few orders. Due to this being a demonstration site, there are many orders. Once you have located your order using your order number, click on the order.

28 It will take you to this screen
It will take you to this screen. Here, you will be able to print your order for your files.

29 If your Unit is participating in the Council Prize Program and you are ready to order prizes, you will click “Prize Site”. This will take you the Keller Marketing/GCC prize site where you will be able to order prizes for the selling Scouts in your Unit.
