4 What does my Province Director do?
Support alumnae and collegiate groups: - ordering geographical directories - membership ideas - help keep on track with due dates (money/reports) - liaison between/within the Fraternity Record keeping Historical information/data on individual groups Seek answers for/with groups Know parts of reports and help groups complete them

5 Alpha Gamma Delta Policy Regarding Member Postings in Media and Internet
While Alpha Gamma Delta recognizes the right to free individual expression, it is an expectation of membership that a member will not use the name of Alpha Gamma Delta (or any reference that is clearly meant to refer to her membership in Alpha Gamma Delta or her individual chapter, e.g. roses, squirrels, etc) in any medial context, including any type of Internet posting, in a manner that is in conflict with the Fraternity core values. Examples that are inconsistent with Fraternity values include, but are not limited to: Explicit illegal drug references Explicit alcohol references Prejudiced/discriminatory speech of any kind Explicit references to any other illegal behavior Lewd photographs or language Any language that libels another individual or group

Plan and schedule meetings in advance Send a welcoming newsletter with dates of meetings Call or before each meeting—offer a ride Welcome each sister warmly and let her know you’re glad she came Make meetings fun and exciting Keep business meetings short Be sure every sister feels valued State your mission: Inspire the Woman. Impact the World. Live up to that mission
