Three Key Lines of Effort
Represent the Director, ARNG and the Chief, USAR and advise the Commanding General on all Reserve Component Matters.
Reserve Component Operations, Plans, and Training (RC-OPT) facilitates the integration of ARNG and USAR formations into rotational training at the National Training Center.
Facilitate coordination between RC units and agencies/organizations on Ft Irwin to secure training opportunities and ensure increased readiness.
