C. Capitalize proper nouns and proper adjectives
ex. Shakespeare, Shakespearean performer Russian, Russian stew Nationalities and races: Japanese, Caucasian Brand names: Wonder bread, Crest toothpaste Geographical names: Greensboro, the Middle East, the Rockies, Atlantic Ocean, Organizations, businesses, historical events, ships, planes, trains, monuments, etc.

D. Do not capitalize school subjects except for languages and course names followed by a number ex. French, art, Algebra I, history E. Capitalize titles ex. Dr. Sanchez, President Obama, Things Fall Apart, American Idol, etc.

F. Capitalize religions, their followers, holy days, and specific deities (gods) ex. Christianity, Muslim, Easter, Koran, Allah, God, the Greek god Poseidon
