Begin on your eEdge dashboard located on (Click) Click the myMarketing icon (Click) and choose Manage eEdge Website.

On the Titles and Descriptions screen you will see a drop-down menu containing all the pages on your website. (Click) For search engine purposes review the, “Page Title” and “Description” of each page and make any edits you wish. Click Save when you are finished.

To customize you homepage message (Click) click Main Text in the left navigation menu. The first thing you’ll notice is the editor in the middle of the screen.This editor will allow you to add text, photos, videos, and links to the page so be as creative as you’d like, keeping in mind your goal of generating leads! (Click) As you can see text and link to a property search have been added. (Click) Simply click on the link shown here to view the edits you’ve made.

Next in the left navigation menu is “Sell Text”. You’ll notice that the options are very much the same as the previous page. Simply add your content using the editor with the goal of lead generation in mind. (Click) This text will appear on the “Sell” page on your website. Don’t forget to save your work before moving on!

From the Site Images section of your website admin tool, (Click) click the Edit button under the Site Banner image placeholder. (Click) This will take you to the catalog page. (Click) You’ll see information about the optimal size of your image. Images can easily be resized using photo editing programs like Microsoft Paint. (Click) Click the Browse button to locate the image on your computer, and select (Click) Open. (Click) You will receive a message saying you’ve successfully uploaded the image.

Next in the navigation menu is “Communities Served.” This feature adds your service areas to your website. (Click) Click the Add Community button and enter the name and the zip code of your first service area. You can add a brief description of the community using the editor. This text will display at the top of this Community’s page. (Click) You also have the option of mapping the location of the community you’re adding. Click Save at the bottom of the screen and repeat these steps for each community you serve.

Next in the navigation menu is “Communities Served”. This feature adds your service areas to your website. (Click) Click the Add Community button and enter the name and the zip code of your first service area. You can add a brief description of the community using the editor. This text will display at the top of this Community’s page. (Click) You also have the option of mapping the location of the community you’re adding. Click Save at the bottom of the screen and repeat these steps for each community you serve.

On the School Info screen, you are able to edit the text and content that appears on the Community page of your website.

On the Listing Address screen, you can set the default for displaying addresses on your website. If you only want some contacts to see addresses, set the default to Do not display addresses for contacts. You can change the addresses setting for individual contacts within their contact record. If your MLS rules do not permit the display of addresses, then this setting will have no effect. Addresses will not display on your website.

In the Listing Search Areas section you have the option of selecting the specific areas in an MLS, or you can choose to allow your visitors to search all areas within the MLS.

The “Listing Search Fields” section allows you to choose the search criteria made available to visitors on your website’s search solution.

Annie.jpg Finally, you’ll need to add your agent profile photo for your website and your marketing materials. (Click) Begin by choosing the My Account tab. (Click) Next, scroll to the bottom and click the edit button in the Website Image box as seen here. (Click) The photo that you upload should meet the criteria shown. (Click) Click browse to locate the photo on your computer. When you have located your file, (Click) you’re ready to hit the upload button. (Click) After the photo is successfully uploaded, your photo will appear on your homepage. Repeat these steps to add a photo to be used in your marketing materials.
