We mail physical books owned by UMass to patrons living outside the Pioneer Valley through our Library Express program
In 2017, we supplied 89 items through Library Express

Requests published in the last 5 years OR marked by patrons as a purchase suggestion automatically are evaluated for purchase by Acquisitions
Provide BoD data to Acquisitions on a quarterly basis

When cost effective or without alternatives, we purchase articles
