Instructions are easy and simple Lots of resources shared Lead-in Consolidation Game requires speed and attention Students have to focus on the questions and answer as fast as possible So I would say the game or the question sets should not last too long Normally I would use it as a Lead in (Before lesson starts) to recall their memory of previous knowledge Consolidation (After lesson) to what they have just learned test on

(maps, shops, animals…) If teachers want to teach vocab items in the same category , they can use just one diagram to pin point all the vocabs e.g using a food pyramid to teach different types of food, or a world map to teach different countries even a picture like this, So you don’t need to make 10 extra pictures for 10 vocabs

11 Help students engage in the lesson
Interactive classroom activity After teaching them a set of vocabulary items and go through the flashcards with them, I will play Live in the lesson to consolidate what they have just learned
