Cisco® Monitor Director 1.1 is a centralized network management tool for Cisco Partners planning to offer constant (24 x 7), managed services to their SMB end user customers. It securely communicates with Cisco® Monitor Manager which resides at the SMB corporate sites. It uses a distributed architecture for proactive network-wide monitoring and management of data and Cisco Unified communications systems across many SMB headquarters and their remote sites. Cisco Monitor Director receives network status, alerts and reports from Cisco Monitor Manager systems installed at the SMB customer’s location.
