2 PD Tracking: Supplier Email Notification
Vendors will begin receiving notifications, similar to the one below, when requests are made by your Guess? Inc. partners. The ‘Subject’ of the describes the type of request. The body of the consist of several information: Item link (Recommend): Directs the user to the PD Tracking Summary Page. Company Link: Defaults to the Vendor’s ‘Task List’ from Guess? Inc. *NOTE: Currently the Product’s Hyperlink is turned off until Company begins expanding the Product Collaboration Page. An Instruction Manual related to the Task is attached to the for quick reference. 1 2 3a 3b

3 PD Tracking: Summary Page Filters
System defaults the PD Tracking Page to null. User should minimize search result by using the filter criteria. (NOTE: System recalls last search criteria) Select ‘Filter’ Button to generate search. 3 2 1

4 PD Tracking: Toolbars Edit: A mode allowing user’s to modify/ update specific fields . Filter: A mode allowing user’s to view/hide columns Refresh All / Refresh Selected: To update or renew the latest information. Report: To generate a pdf report of the data on screen. Milestones: (View Only) Key Due Dates and its Reference Names. Submit to Vendor: An Action to submit selected Styles electronically to a vendor requesting a Task to be completed.

5 PD Tracking: Edit Mode To update/modify selected style attributes, user will select the ‘Edit’ Button. Once selected, two things occur: ‘Edit’ button changes to ‘View’ letting the user know its in ‘Edit’ Mode. Rectangular Icon over an attribute indicates the field editable. 7 4 1 2 5 4 3 6 11 8 10 7 12 9 8 Supplier’s are to manage the following fields of the PD Tracking (‘DEVELOPMENT STAGE’, ‘PROTO STAGE’, and ‘SMS STAGE’) Hover over any of the comments, a pop-up will display the user’s name and date/time stamp of when the comment . Business Partners are color coded. Fuschia = Guess, Green = Vendor Select the column field to trigger the edit window. Comments are segregated between Guess and Vendor. User can add new communication/comments (default -black font), OR Edit existing, which will update the user/date/time stamp. **NOTE: Only the current Business Partner can edit there own comments. The system will block the comment fields of other Business Partners. User may select ‘H’ to highlight the entire Column Yellow Select ‘B’ to Bold the entire text line. **NOTE** Special Characters NOT ALLOWED # % ^ & * ( ) | " < > { } [ ]

6 PD Tracking: Edit Mode The system will highlight & border the entire column Orange to indicate an update has been made prior to saving. It will also indicate any modification to an existing text with a strike-through. Select to Save changes. Or Select Save Icon. 14 13 15

7 PD Tracking: Filter Mode
User’s have the ability to Displayed/Not Displayed the Product Tracking Attributes by selecting the button to active the preference setting. Check means to Display. Select ‘Apply’ to save Preferences but does not close the page. **NOTE: the system will display message indicating save has been made. Select ‘Done’ to save and exit the Preference page. 1 3 2

8 PD Tracking: Report To Print a copy of the PD Tracking Summary Page, select button to activate the print ‘Preferences’ page. Business: Defaults from the PD Tracking Toolbar Paper Size: Select from a drop down list of paper sizes. 8 1 2 3 4 9 5 Font Size: Automatically adjust to the paper size and number of columns on the report. Sort Options: User may select up to three (3) sorting hierarchy. System defaults on-screen attributes to print. User may modify attributes by selecting the checkbox(es). Select to proceed to next print preference. Or ‘Save & Continue’ to save print preferences for future printing, then continue printing. System will default to the report generator. Once its completed, select the ‘Report’ hyperlink to view the report. 7 6

10 PD Tracking: Milestones
Select to view The Company’s Key Deliverable Dates. When a date is entered to the following Product Development Attributes: 1a: ‘PD In Work Dt’ and 2a. ‘PD Drop Dt’. The system will reference the milestone date to the deliverable name, and populate to the corresponding fields: 1b. ‘In Work Mstne’ and 2b. ‘Drop Mstne’. 1a 1b 2a 2b

11 PD Tracking: Submit to Guess
Guess Users may collaborate with their Business Partners (Supplier/Agent) by granting Enovia access/rights to edit/modify specified product details. From the PD Tracking Summary Page Filter, select the checkbox next to the style(s) to submit. From the PD Tracking Toolbars, Select to begin 1 of 2 Stages of ‘Submit to Vendor’ process 2 1

12 PD Tracking: Submit to Guess
Stage 1, System will allow Guess User’s to highlight specified Attributes Fields (‘DEVELOPMENT STAGE’, ‘PROTO STAGE’, and ‘SMS STAGE’) as communication indicators, simply by selecting the letter ‘H’. Black = Inactive. Lime = Active/Highlight. Select to proceed to Stage 2. 4 3 Before After

13 PD Tracking: Submit to Vendor
Stage 2, Submit Page. Message: Correspondence between Guess & Supplier in relations to all styles/proto numbers listed under ‘Style Info’ . Style # & Proto #: Lists all applicable products applicable on this notification. Finish Date: Guess to define policy and/or discretion. To: (Uneditable) Default’s the Guess User whom sent the original notification. CC: Allow user’s to enter a secondary address. Subject: Defaults ‘Information is requested for Style #’, but editable. Existing Comments: Available only if Style(s) was previously submitted to Supplier. System Date Stamp, sender’s name, and correspondence(s). Select ‘Done’ to submit. 10 5 11 8 6 9 7 10 12

14 PD Tracking: Submit to Guess
Once submitted, the Product’s status changes from ‘Assign’ to ‘Review’. Therefore, in order for the Supplier to find the Product. They must change the Filter status to ‘Review’. 5
