7 Conference sessions Categories of sessions Other schedule notes:
Sunday workshops: Today only, attend one of five (1:00 pm – 3:30 pm) Sunday solutions track: Today only, attend one of eight (4:00 pm – 5:00 pm) General sessions: Monday, Wednesday (3 sessions/morning, 8:15 am – 11:45 am) Breakout sessions (35): Monday (1:15 pm – 4:15 pm), Tuesday (8:15 am through 2:30 pm) Tuesday afternoon workshops (5): 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm Post-conference training: Wednesday afternoon – Saturday noon (separate fee) Other schedule notes: Monday and Tuesday breakfast/lunch are in the Exhibit Hall Afternoon refreshment breaks also in Exhibit Hall Attendee prize drawings on Wednesday, immediately following session GS-5 Must be present to win Attend sessions that will bring value to your organization’s current challenges. If you are in a Breakout session or Workshop and you realize that this wasn’t the session you thought it was……. Feel free to quietly get up and leave to go to a different session. Sit with, and talk to, new people (Great conversation starter “what has been your best session and why”? Prioritize your vendor list Take notes during the sessions with actions to follow up on following the conference Contribute during the session if appropriate or have conversations with others during a break Recommend to team members to identify three key action items they can implement within six months. “They always bring back the three things—and more. No one ever says they didn’t get anything out of this conference”. DRJ Fall 2018

At the conference Download your session presentations at All session presentations remain available after the conference If you want a hard copy, download to your laptop or tablet If you need a hard copy, download and bring with you A limited number of laptops and printers are available, if needed DOWNLOAD PRESENTATIONS – just the ones of the sessions you plan to attend Two weeks prior to conference presentation materials will be available online – download to Tablets or laptops POST CONFERENCE VIDEO- -proper name= DRJ’s Live Learning Center (DRJLLC) All session that we record are made available on the Live Learning Center- individual logon ids & passwords will be ed to all attendees (3 weeks after conference) for them to log on & watch the recordings as often as they like. We keep the presentations online for them to download as well – just until the next conference. So Fall will be online until Spring’s sessions. DRJ Fall 2018
