2018 Expenses (Example of Major Costs): $5150 for Busses/Transportation $14,333 Equipment & Repairs $3000 Feeding the Kids/Chuckwagon $3200 Competition Fees $6200 Judges Fees $500 Towing Trailers $400 Awards Night $700 Operational Costs (Website, Constant Contact, Software for treasurer, PO Box etc) Total: $43,133 UPCOMING PURCHASE: Trailer & BBQ

Bring the Whole Family To the WHS Band Fall Fundraiser!!! When: September 22, 6:00-9:00ish Where: Life Community Church Entertainment: Pep Band, Jazz Bands I & II, Color Guard Menu: Street Tacos (Carnitas & Chicken), Rice, Beans; Corn Cakes, Fruit, Non-Alcoholic Margarita; $5 Kids meal for 12 and under Other Drinks for sale: Soda, Wine, Sangria Tickets: $20 for regular seating/ $25 for Round Up/$5 kids Raffle, Silent Auction, Dessert Auction…Prizes, Prizes, Prizes Volunteers needed- All talents welcome!!!
