Philosophy of Education
This explains exactly the way I will carry out my teaching day by day and what I expect to see from my students.

Interest Inventory This assignment is for the teacher to get to know the students in the classroom.

Study Inventory This is for the teacher to know what kind of studier each student is and the environment in which they are most comfortable.

Readability Formulas This is a procedure used to help the teacher know the competence level of the material they are teaching their students.

CARI This assignment is to help a teacher know how well students are understanding the material that is being covered.

Long Range Plans These plans are used in order to keep a teacher’s life simple by having goals and daily plans for the classroom.

Objectives These are the teacher’s written goals for themselves and the students. They provide a description of what is expected of each.

Prereading This assignment is to prepare students for material that is going to be read. It familiarizes the students with the material before they actually start reading it.

Bloom’s Taxonomy Q’s This assignment helps teachers develop questions for students that cover all of the six levels of comprehension.

Instructional Procedures
This provides step by step instructions of how the teacher wants the day to be carried out. It is detailed enough for a substitute to come in and perform like the teacher would want.

Study Guide This is provided for the students, by the teacher, in order to prepare students for a test or quiz. It should cover all material covered prior to the test or quiz.

Assessments This allows teachers to determine what level their students are on individually. It is used as a measuring scale of individual performance in the classroom.

Lesson Plans These plans lay out what work the teacher wants to be done and allows the teacher to stay on track and caught up with the work that needs to be accomplished by the end of a course.

Conclusion If a teacher has all of these things they should be pretty prepared to walk into a classroom and teach. As long as the teacher has had some experience with children and being in a classroom before walking in with a lesson plan, they should be ok. Field experience is very important when it comes to actually teaching a class.
