2. The Bill of Rights
One of the biggest differences between the federalists and anti-federalists was the idea of a Bill of Rights
In 1791, ten amendments were added to the Constitution; these are known as The Bill of Rights.
Amendment: An addition or alteration made to the Constitution.
There are a total of 27 amendments today.
