Closing Guidelines Proof and Spell Check
Wrap-Up: Closing Guidelines Proof and Spell Check Spelling Check (Tools(PC/MAC) > Spelling, Tools(PC) > Option > Spelling, or PowerPoint® > Preferences > View > Spelling), word consistency, and proof read or use system speech feedback. Importing Images – Verification Insert image(s): DO NOT link to image file, especially if presenting on a different system or provide image files. Saving Your File Embed True Type Fonts if you believe you may have used uncommon fonts: Save As(PC) > Tools > Save Option > Embed True Type Fonts Inspect File on a different computer(s), especially if presenting on a different system. Check text layout, font, and images display (image distortion – in particular, look for logo distortion). At completion, Do a Save As – reduces file size. A Save As requires less disk space than a Save (or Fast Save – see PowerPoint > Preferences > Save > Allow Fast Save). Save, save only the changes to a presentation, therefore takes less time than a Save As. 9/21/2018 by Christine Andrews-Angelo Work of Art!

Conclusions: Opening Questionnaire: Feedback/Explanation to Why Questions Were Formulated Q-1) Have you previously used PowerPoint® and if so have you ever worked with a Blank Slide (without a Master present) and drew a Text Box to add text? Caution: by doing so a consistent look would not follow. In addition, when several shows are imported, making for one new show it increases the inconsistency of the presentation – allowing for a variety of looks, especially if no master template is established and slides have not been reformatted. Q-2) Have you ever presented or printed a presentation that crashed or stopped working and if so tell me about your presentation file, what did it enclose? Perhaps the situation enclosed: scaled down pictures, lots of pictures, uncommon font styles or many font styles, unknown picture formats, perhaps several different shows put together to produce one big show. Q-3) Have you ever shared (by or different computer) a presentation file and the file did not open for the visitor? Caution: server providers put an attachment size limit on files or a presentation file may enclose actions stated above making the file size outsized. Q-4) Have you ever presented a presentation that the fonts or pictures projected or printed distorted and if so what image format [JPEG images can display this way – this format loses information as it is continuously resaved] and font styles [uncommon fonts or too many font styles] did you use? Notice: universal fonts are universal, therefore compatible (file sharing), and tiff image format is compatible. Otherwise, presentation file may enclose critical actions stated above making all this possible. Successfully Communicate A Presentation Thank You for Your Feedback :)

Closing Questionnaire
Conclusion: Closing Questionnaire a) What is easier to read, on-screen or print material? b) What did you learned that is most useful to you? c) Was the material clear and if not describe the situation? d) Did you find this format practical for presenting the lesson? e) Did you find visuals and animations helpful? f) What is your preferred reading style: bulleted text (outline format), paragraph style (sentence case), or is it both? g) Did you printout a set of hardcopy to refer to? h) Ask me a question – optional. i) Would you be interested in a lesson that discusses Special Effects such as Slide Transactions & Animations, Graphs & Drawing tools, or both? Reply to Closing Questionnaire by using the Send for Feedback icon (hyperlink for, pop-up for student messages and assignments). In addition copy and paste Closing Questionnaire’s questions and answers to message as well. Successfully Communicate A Presentation Good Luck :)
